I wanted to let you know about this restaurant and wine bar in Astoria. A friend of Paul's family's son owns it (wow that was a mouth full). The food was very good and they pride themselves on using natural ingredients - thought you'd like that.
It's called Fatty's (ironic name I know) and has a great tropical outdoor themed backyard and has local art for sale hanging on its walls - when I went it was I believe a gay male theme and it was very well done.
2 doors down is the wine bar - same owners.
